How Do we deliver?
Our products are delivered via top courier services like FedEx, Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBee, etc. and we try to ship by the fastest means of delivery available, depending on your location. We ensure that all the goods are packed properly in a hygienic and damage-proof manner.
We, at Youmadeline, do not levy any additional/hidden costs or taxes upon you. All our prices are inclusive of GST, and the price which is mentioned at checkout will be the final amount you need to pay us.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under “Billing Address” section while placing the Order. You can track your order online by the Tracking ID number sent to you by us on your Mobile/Email ID.
You may also log on to your account on the website or use the “Track my Order” link on the website to track your order.
Order-Splitting:
Sometimes we may not be able to deliver an order to a particular location due to the nature of the product, its availability or due to the service limitations of our courier and logistic partners. In such cases, you may receive the items (of a single order) at different points of time or through different courier partners. The status of all items within an order can be tracked online.
Order Payments:
You can make payments on our website through Razor Pay Payment Gateway (via net banking, Credit/debit card, Paytm, Google Pay and other wallet/UPI payments and cash on delivery). We do not accept Cash on Delivery Orders.
Time Span for Deliveries:
Mostly of them our shipped within 3-5 days, The shipping companies take about 4-10 days for deliveries, depending on your location. Clothing-7-14 days to dispatch, and in case of pre-booking the items will be sent 14-21 days, The shipping companies take about 4-10 days for deliveries, depending on your location, As all the items are handmade.
